Rules to follow:

• Weight: Maximum 5.0 ounces (using official scale).
• Dimensions: Max length 7", max width 2¾" (includes wheels), max height 3" 
• Clearance: Must have 3/8" clearance under the body.
• Lubricant: Only dry powdered graphite.
• Wheels & Axles: BSA wheels are recommended but not required. Whatever comes in your kit should work
• Assembly: Must be free-wheeling; no springs or washer
• Pine Wood derby cars from previous races are WELCOME. Improve your old car, maybe polish the axles for extra speed.
